Our experience was marred by the sheer lack of basic amenities and responsibility. The tap water was brown and uninviting, yet there was no guidance on its safety. the training of the staff was astonishingly poor, as even simple requests were met with indifference and poor attitudes.

Stayed in a Guest Room, 1 King for 2 nights. The room was spacious and super clean, with daily servicing. Loved the mini fridge for drinks. It had a nice contemporary vibe but felt a bit dated in some spots. it was comfortable, and the lagoon view added a nice touch. Only downside was the potential for ants if you left sweet drinks out, but it wasn't a big issue.
